In a special business meeting held June 2, 1996, Perche Baptist Church adopted a statement of Mission and Purpose as follows.

To glorify God and make disciples of all persons, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that Jesus commanded.

1) To bring glory to God. (John 15:8)
2) To evangelize. (Matthew 28:18-20)
3) To produce holy christians. (Matthew 28:20)
4) To care for our own.
5) To do good in the world.
